Account Responsibilities

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

Termination and Changes

Service Termination

Either party may terminate the service with 30 days notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
